Welcome to CRAVE Golf DTW ("CRAVE Golf"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your application for membership, access to our unmanned physical facility, use of our indoor golf simulators, and interaction with our website and automated communications platforms. By applying for membership or accessing our facility, you explicitly agree to these Terms.
1. Membership Application & Approval
CRAVE Golf operates as an exclusive, private, members-only lounge. Submitting an application does not guarantee admission.
- We reserve the right to approve, deny, or revoke membership at our sole professional discretion to ensure the safety and privacy of our members.
- All approved applicants must successfully complete identity verification and electronically sign a formal, comprehensive Membership Agreement prior to their first physical entry into the lounge.
2. Automated & Unmanned Facility Rules
Our facility relies on an advanced, automated framework for zero-staff operational efficiency. By accessing the facility, you agree to the following operational parameters:
- Access Credentials: Members are issued unique, time-sensitive access codes via SMS or email for facility entry. Sharing, replicating, or transferring your entry credentials to non-members is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination of your membership.
- Continuous Surveillance: For the physical security of our members and high-end simulator technology, our facility is under continuous 24/7 exterior video surveillance. Entry into the building acts as your explicit consent to being recorded.
- Property Damage Liability: Members assume full, direct financial liability for any damage caused to the hitting bays, tracking sensors, software systems, or lounge furnishings by themselves or their authorized guests.
3. Mobile Messaging (SMS) Terms
By providing your phone number on our website forms, you explicitly consent to receive automated operational text updates from CRAVE Golf:
- Program Details: Messages are strictly transactional and include membership status alerts, booking confirmations, reservation reminders, and secure PIN codes for automated facility doors.
- Message Frequency: Frequency is variable and corresponds directly to your facility booking habits and account actions.
- Rates: Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply. CRAVE Golf does not charge a separate fee for automated text delivery.
- Opt-Out Protocol: You can unsubscribe from text alerts at any time by texting STOP to our phone number. We will send you a final automated message to confirm your opt-out.
- Support: Reply with the keyword HELP for direct automated assistance, or email our administration at craig@dtw.golf.
4. Privacy & Data Integrity
Your data use is fundamentally guided by our Privacy Policy. Mobile information, including phone numbers and explicit text messaging consent history, will never be shared, sold, or rented to external third parties or corporate affiliates for promotional or marketing purposes.
